Globe provides its postpaid customers a convenient way to settle their unpaid balances with an installment payment plan, as Filipinos continue to face the difficulties raised by the community quarantine. All Globe Mobile Postpaid and Globe At Home customers, including business and business customers, are eligible for this program from 15 May 2020.
In this program, customers do not need to worry about staying connected, as they can settle their Globe bills up to 6 months in installment terms. Customers will register online from 15 May until 15 June. Business customers can also contact Globe account managers for sign-ups and other information.
Using Globe’s customer service applications — GlobeOne and Globe At Home — consumers can also access and opt to pay their bills in the comfort of their home. GCash is yet another option available to settle bills at any time, anywhere. You can also use Bank online payment and wire transfer facilities for business customers.
