These photos don’t do justice at all. Not a single good one was taken since someone was occupying it. However, believe us when we say that the lobby is incredibly grand too.
The Studio Unit
Please take note that investors or buyers can choose from studio unit to 1 or 2-bedroom unit. However, at the time of visit the only available for viewing was the studio.
This is a 22 sqm studio unit. Monthly rental fee is P22,000 excluding condo dues. Internet is provided already but tenant should shoulder the monthly internet fee.
The Kitchenette
Cooking is allowed in the unit and necessary utensils are already provided. This comes with a refrigerator and an oven too.
Toilet and Bath
