Cebu’s second Ayala mall finally opened last December 6, 2019.
Central Bloc is in the middle of the Cebu’s 27-hectare IT Park, which has become a busy economic center for Cebu’s information technology sector.
The new mall offers over 200 retail spaces for dining, shopping, wellness, and entertainment.
Some of the stores opened in the mall include Bench, Leylam Shawarma, Rose Pharmacy, Ayer’s Lechon, Ding How, an extensive IT zone for families, young professionals and millennials and many more!
No, its not a hotel lounge or business class seat of a 5-star airline. It’s the Cinema of Ayala Mall Central Bloc with its reclinable seats, drink holders and even cellphone chargers. Can you resist watching a movie here without falling asleep? Lets’s see.

To all caffeine and decaf lovers, the Starbucks Reserve is in Ayala Malls Central Bloc too! Unlike the regular Starbucks Coffee Shop scattered around Cebu City downtown and nearby cities, the Starbucks Reserve is a collection of the ‘rarest and the most extraordinary coffee selections Starbucks has to offer’. This is the first Starbucks Reserve in the Visayas and Mindanao.
