How To Make The 3-ingredient Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies


With the enhanced community quarantine in full swing, loads of us are drawn back into cooking and baking as we have more time in our hands.

All you need for this recipe is some peanut butter, one egg, and some sugar.


200g peanut butter
175g caster sugar (other sugars will work too)
1 egg

If you have some chocolate chips you can also add those.


Preheat your oven to 180C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Mix the peanut butter and sugar in a bowl.
Make sure to combine well.
Add the egg and mix to form a dough.
Roll them into a ball and place them on the sheet a few inches apart.
Flatten them with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Cook them for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown then let them cool.
