All you need for this recipe is some peanut butter, one egg, and some sugar.

Ingredients:

200g peanut butter
175g caster sugar (other sugars will work too)
1 egg

If you have some chocolate chips you can also add those.

Procedure:

Preheat your oven to 180C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Mix the peanut butter and sugar in a bowl.
Make sure to combine well.
Add the egg and mix to form a dough.
Roll them into a ball and place them on the sheet a few inches apart.
Flatten them with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Cook them for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown then let them cool.
