The Korean music industry does not stop.
Many groups have debuted with great success in the last months of the year.
This time, the music industry presents to you the new female band from Vine Entertainment, “Secret Number” that made its official debut with the release of its first single, “Whos Dis?”
Formed and managed by Vine Entertainment, the five-member girl group comprises of multinational members.
Its leader Léa is a Japanese, rapper Jinny and Maknae (youngest member) Denise are Korean-Americans, vocalist Soodam is Korean, along with Dita, an Indonesian, who’s set to become the group’s main dancer.
Lea was born in Japan on August 12, 1995.
Her real name is Mizuki Okawa.
Dita Karang was born on December 25, 1996.
She is an Indonesian national.
Jinny Park or Park Jin Hee, was born on January 19, 1998, and has American and Korean nationality.
Lee Soodam was born in 1999, is a Korean national and was in modeling before becoming a trainee.
Denise Kim was born on January 11, 2001.
she has American and Korean nationality.
Secret Number offers music lovers a fresh and unique concept.
Their training as apprentices was very complete in dance, singing and rap, so that the idols demonstrate their full potential on stage.
Denise and Jinny were trainees at YG Entertainment.
The girls developed some of their greatest qualities within the company.
Indonesian Dita Karang, who found a place as one of the group’s lead vocalists and dancers, is said to be the first Indonesian to ever debut in a K-pop girl group.
“Who’s Dis?” is an urban hip hop dance track produced by LA-based husband-and-wife songwriter and producer duo Melanie Fontana and Michel ‘Lindgren’ Schulz, who are behind some of the world’s most well-known pop songs.
