A smaller version of 168 Mall in Manila, 138 Mall has a lot of stalls which sell a variety of products from bags, shoes, cellphones, accessories, and clothing.
It even has a department store on the lower floor named Kaking, which sells almost everything from home appliances / decors, school supplies and electronics.
Prices vary depending on the item you want to purchase and, like the usual “ukay2x” locations, you can haggle over their costs.
Some stalls inside allow customers to request for a lower price, especially when shopping the wholesale way.
You can get a pair of sandals for as low as P120 – P300, a bag for as low as P250 – P600 or even a class A LV bag for as low as P1,500.
The best buys for me though were the bags! From nicely imitated Louie Vuitton‘s, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, & Coach purses, all was there!
138 is fully air-conditioned and comes with a variety of food stores and booths to satisfy the cravings of their customers.
Some of the dining spots found in and around the mall are Mang Inasal, Chowking, Dimsum, Jollibee, and McDonald’s.
Getting to 138 is really easy since it is accessible via 08G, 01K, and other PUJs that pass through Colon Street, specifically along Colonnade Mall, Cebu Business Hotel, Gaisano Main, and University of the Visayas.
